How gay-friendly is San Diego?
Very much so, San Diego has all the best that Southern California has to offer. 

What makes your city a favorite gay destination? 
The great weather, the beaches, and the hot men, of course!

What is gay life like in San Diego? 
The gay establishments are mainly in Hillcrest, but the surrounding neighborhoods are also very gay friendly, especially North Park!

What is the best gay event that takes place in your city? 
The gay Pride in July.

Which famous gay person is from your city? 
The drag superstar RuPaul.

Where to start a gay tour in your home city? 
Hillcrest (San Diego's gay neighborhood).

What is your favorite gay establishment to grab a bite for lunch? a nice dinner?
For lunch i would recommand Baja Betty's for their casual Mexican fair and festive atmosphere. And for dinner it would be Hash House A Go Go for their huge portions of classic American dishes with a flair. 

Best gay bar for a cheap beer? 
The Hole in the Wall known for their packed house on Sundays. 

Best gay bar for a refreshing cocktail? 
Martinis Above Fourth for their huge variety of martinis and live jazz music.

Ready to go dancing--what is the best gay dance club? 
Rich's San Diego, this is the main staple for dance club, it's right in Hillcrest and their light shows and go-go dancers are amazing.

Which gay bar offers the best happy hour on a Wednesday? 
Flicks neighborhood bar with lots of video screens, cheap drinks, and an underwear contest on Saturdays! 

Best place to socialize with the local gay community? 
Pecs Bar is the best, basic no-nonsense neighborhood bar with pool tables and casual atmosphere. 

Best place to be surrounded by the local gays? 
Black's Beach.

A gay place for brunch on weekends? 
Hash House A Go Go for their huge portions of classic American dishes with a flair.

What are your favourite gay venues in San Diego? 
My favourite gay venous are Flicks, Martini's Above Fourth, Babycakes (awesome desserts, full bar, and appetizers) and to finish Rich's San Diego.
